The location is also convenient for commuting to and from the various centres of business throughout the city and its suburbs The on-site reception team will be delighted to assist you throughout your stay. Whether booking a table at a restaurant or providing local information, the team will do their utmost to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

Reception opening hours are 08:30 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, 10:30 to 19:00 on Saturday. If you are arriving outside these hours, please contact The Spires reception. Please note, for weekends, bank holidays and other holidays, a refundable security deposit of GBP 250 is payable by credit card upon arrival and will be refunded once the apartment has been checked after departure. A refundable deposit of GBP 50 per apartment is required on all other days. A surcharge of GBP 50 is applicable for pets. A pet disclaimer form will need to be completed to cover any possible damage costs. For all advance purchase reservations, a non-refundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. The remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. A copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
