Opened in December of 2011, the ultra-modern Felaria apartments offer sleek design with wooden interiors. The ski slopes are right outside the door, while the centre of Compatsch is 500 metres away. On-site wellness facilities include a dry sauna and a steam bath. The spacious, open-plan apartments are equipped with luxurious furniture and a panoramic balcony. Amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a flat-screen TV. The washing machine can be used at an additional cost. Guests can stock up on necessities at the grocery store, 10 minutes away on foot. The closest bakery lies just a 5-minute stroll from the Felaria. The centre of Samnaun is 3 km away.

Please note that 10% of the total amount will be charged as a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
