Located a 5-minute walk from Yi Garden Hawker Centre, Noble Villa offers fully furnished apartments with kitchen facilities and a balcony. Free internet access and free parking are provided. Noble Villa Apartment is 2 minutes by car from Komtar Shopping Centre, and Gurney is a 7-minute drive. Bayan Lepas Airport and the Batu Ferringhi beaches are about a 30-minute drive away. Large apartments are fitted with a DVD player and flat-screen TV with cable channels. Kitchens have cooking facilities and a microwave oven. A washing machine is provided. A swimming pool and jogging track are provided in the residence grounds. Little ones can enjoy some fun at the children’s playground. A variety of local delights can be enjoyed just 5 minutes’ on foot from the residences.

Each apartment gets only 1 parking space. Any additional parking space require are subject to availability and extra charges. All check-in procedures will be done at Noble Villa Condo as there is no reception counter. Please note that guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Guests checking in after 23:59 on the check-in day will have to pay an additional surcharge of MYR 100. Please note that the deposit (as stated under the policy section) will be taken during check-in. The total amount will be refunded upon check out. A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
