Apartments of Appartementhaus Bergland are centrally set in different locations of Sankt Oswald. Guests enjoy a modern wellness area and free access to WiFi. All apartments are traditionally furnished and offer a balcony or terrace, a kitchenette equipped with kitchenware and a refrigerator, a seating area and a TV. A shared terrace with barbecue facilities is at guests’ disposal. All properties of Appartementhaus Bergland have a garden with a children’s playground, a ski storage room and ski and bicycle rental facilities. Cross country ski tracks are reachable within a short walk. Cable cars are a few steps away. Free private parking is offered at each apartment. Backpacks, drinking bottles and binoculars are offered to guests for hiking tours. From mid-May to 26 October the Kärnten Card is included in the room rate. This card offers various benefits and discounts in Carinthia and East-Tyrol. During May, June, September and October guests who stay 7 nights or longer receive a free 2-day entrance to the thermal bath. In July and August guests enjoy free entrance to the public beach Sittinger at lake Millstatt, located only a 15 minute drive from the property. From 07 January until 04 March 2017, if one adult buys a 6-day ski pass one, child up to 12 years receives a 6-day ski pass for the discounted rate of EUR. From 04 March until 26 March 2017 a ski pass and a 50% discounted admission to the thermal bath Römerbad are included in the rate.
