Residenz Lothringen is located in Bad Gastein, in the Gasteiner Valley and features great views of the surrounding mountains. It offers bright and modern apartments with free access to Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Each accommodation has beautiful wooden floors and a flat-screen cable TV. Comfortable seating areas are provided in each living room. A fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette is also available and includes kitchenware, a refrigerator and a dining area. Some apartments also feature a balcony. Residenz Lothringen provides a ski storage room on site. Stubnerkogel Cable Car can be reached within 1.3 km. The ski bus and ski rental facilities are 200 to 400 metres away. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for EUR 9,00 or bring their own. As of 10 December 2016, the fee for bed linen and towels will be EUR 10,00. Please note that only 1 parking space is available for each apartment. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
