The property offers 5 apartments, each with its own private heated swimming pool (26-28°C). Residence Aqualiva is located in the ski resort of Valberg, in the Southern Alps. Satellite TV and free WiFi are also included. All apartments at the Aqualiva Residence are contemporary in style and are set on 2 levels. They are soundproofed and have a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. Each unit has 3 sofa beds that can sleep up to 6 guests but they are not in separate bedrooms. Additional features include 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD player, washing machine, tumble dryer and private ski storage. Guests of the Residence Aqualiva can enjoy hiking in the nearby Mercantour National Park, which offers 600km of footpaths. Skiing is also available nearby in winter. The Residence Aqualiva is situated an hour’s drive from the Italian border. Nice can be reached just over 1 hour and free parking is available.

The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after reservation. The city tax will be charged at the same time as the total amount of the stay. Please note that EUR 90 mandatory fee covers check-in and check-out, end-of-stay cleaning, pool cleaning and bed linen. This fee is to be paid at the same time as the total amount of the reservation and is non-refundable for any reason. The pool is cleaned once a week or every 10 days. Please note that late check-in and late check-out are available upon hotel's confirmation and an additional fee applies as follow: - Late check-in is charged EUR 35 - Late check-out is charged EUR 70 Please inform Residence Aqualiva in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
