Located at 1,400 metres above sea level, these modern, chalet-style self-catering apartments are only 100 metres from the Haute-Nendaz gondola lift. All apartments offer a balcony and views of the Rhone Valley or the surrounding mountains, as well as free WiFi. Each spacious unit at Alpvision Résidences Pracondu features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, TV and bathroom. In summer, guests can cycle the Tour de Mont Fort trail. The shops and restaurants of the village centre are just a 5-minute walk away. In winter, guests can ski in and out directly from the property. Ski passes for the 4 Vallées and the Printze Ski Areas can be bought at the reception, and guests enjoy reductions on ski rental and skiing lessons. Free private parking is available in summer at the Alpvision Résidences. A garage for bikes and cars is also available upon request.

Please note that there is an optional final cleaning fee. You can choose whether to clean the apartment yourself or to pay the final cleaning fee. The property will contact you with additional information after booking. In summer, free covered parking for cars and and bicycles is available (upon reservation). In winter, covered parking is possible at an additional cost and upon reservation. Please note further that towels and bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. Please note that some ski lifts might be closed during your stay. Please check the websites of the ski lift companies before arrival. The property does not assume any responsibility in case the ski area is partly or entirely closed during your stay. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Alpvision Résidences, Route la Télécabine 83, 1997 Haute-Nendaz. Please inform Alpvision Residences Pracondu in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of CHF 450 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
