Located a 10-minute walk from Briançon city centre, this cottage features self-catering apartments, a children's playground and free private parking. The Serre Chevalier, one of the major French ski resort, is a 4-minute drive away. The apartments feature either 1 or 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a microwave, an induction hob top, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The living area has a TV, a sofa, 2 armchairs, and a terrace. The private bathroom comes with a shower. After a day on the slopes, why not discover the fortified town of Briançon with its classified UNESCO World Heritage buildings. The Prorel cableway is only 2 km away and gives you direct access to 250 km of slopes. Briançon Train Station is a 4-minute drive, Grenoble is 112 km away and Turin is a 2-hour drive.

Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay. Guests are required to clean the apartment upon departure. If the cleaning does not meet the property's expectations, the property reserves the right to deduct a EUR 40 fee from the security deposit. Please note that the 25% prepayment by cheque or bank transfer is due before arrival. Please contact the property in advance to organise this. Towels are not provided. The property will contact you after your reservation and send you the rental contract. When booking for 2 people, you will have access to 1 bedroom only.
