Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Bath and WC. Electric heating is available. The apartment has a view of the sea. A maximum of 1 pet/ dog is allowed. East facing covered balcony with terrace furniture. Les Eaux Vives is comprised of small terraced houses and small apartment buildings, divided into islands. It's located above the Saint Pierre La Mer avenue, 600 m from the centre, 900 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 8 m, depth 95 - 140 cm, 01.07.-31.08.) with built-in steps. Parking. Shop, grocers 500 m, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 100 m. Please note that Les Eaux Vives 1 and les Eaux Vives 2 have their own swimming pool.

Please inform Les Eaux Vives 1 & 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
