Seasons Botanic Gardens combines the space and independence of self-contained apartments with the amenities of a luxury hotel. It is located on St Kilda Road, Melbourne and overlooks Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens. Seasons Botanic Gardens offers facilities such as an on-site restaurant and bar, heated indoor pool, fitness centre, spa pool, sauna and valet parking. All the apartments are non-smoking and come with spacious living areas and balconies. The building also includes a business centre with meeting facilities. Seasons Botanic Gardens is located a 6-minute drive from Wesley College and an 8-minute drive from Alfred Hospital.

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. A credit card pre-authorisation of the total accommodation charges plus AUD $100 is required. The unused funds will be returned to the guest's credit card within 5-10 working days. All guests residing at the hotel must register their names upon check in. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies for payments made with American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, and an AUD $400 cleaning fee will be added to the bill if any evidence of smoking is found in the apartment. This also includes all apartment balconies.
