Set in a 19th-century building, these air-conditioned apartments offer sea views and Cap-d'Ail Beach is just 350 metres away. They are set in a Mediterranean garden and secure parking is free on site. Decorated in either a jazz or a cinema theme, each apartment has a flat-screen TV and a CD player. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, and 1 of the apartments also offers a small balcony. An oven, fridge and a stove with an extractor fan are provided in the kitchens at Eden Residence. There is also a toaster and a coffee machine to make your breakfast in the morning. Wi-Fi access and a washing machine are among the additional facilities at this residence. Beach towels can also be rented upon request. Cap-d'Ail Train Station is only 2 km away and the Monte-Carlo Casino in Monaco is 4 km from the residence.

A EUR 1500 extra fee will be charge if guests lose the apartment keys. A EUR 190 extra fee will be charged if guests lose the parking electronic key. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
