Whale Watchers features luxury self-catering accommodation along the Muizenberg Beachfront, overlooking False Bay and with Table Mountain National Park behind. Some apartments are located at Surfer's Corner, the most popular surfing spot in Cape Town, whilst others are located further along the beachfront between 1km and 2km from Surfer's Corner. All apartments offer free, secure parking. All the spacious and brightly decorated apartments and penthouses have living rooms with a satellite TV. Guests can enjoy preparing their meals in the privacy of their fully equipped kitchens. They include an oven, microwave, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. Grocery stores and restaurants are also available in the surrounding area. Cape Town International Airport is 35 km away and the property offers a shuttle service upon request.

The properties office is open between 9:00 and 17:00 weekdays and 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. If you arrive outside of office hours, please announce your arrival at the security office in the lobby of the Empire Building, 85 Beach Road (opposite Muizenberg Main Beach). Please inform the security guard that you are booked in with Whale Watchers and he will call the resident after hours representative, to check you in. After hours check-ins are free, however a ZAR 180 surcharge applies to check-ins between 20:00 and midnight. No check-ins are possible after midnight. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Unit S005, Melrose Road, Muizenberg, 7945 Cape Town. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
