Apartamentos Avenida del Puerto offers 2-bedroom apartments with free Wi-Fi, 1.5 km from Valencia’s ferry terminal and Playa Malva Rossa Beach. The City of Arts and Science is 15 minutes’ walk away. Avenida del Puerto's modern apartments have a balcony overlooking the street and a spacious living-dining area with a sofa bed and TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge. The apartments also include a bathroom with hairdryer and a washing machine. Air conditioning is provided. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartments, as well as a Consum supermarket just 2 minutes’ walk away. There is a bus stop less than 100 metres away and a metro station within 7 minutes’ walk. Both the bus and metro will take visitors to the historic centre and to the beaches north of the city, including Playa La Patacona.

Cots are available on request for children 3 years and younger, for a EUR 3 supplement per day per cot. This will be charged at the same time as the rest of the reservation.
