It has a great location within 5 minutes’ walk of Lonja de Seda Silk Exchange and Valencia Cathedral. Each spacious, air-conditioned apartment has a living area with a sofa and a TV. The kitchen comes with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and an electric hob. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the streets surrounding the apartments and in Valencia’s old town. You can order room service of sushi. The Mercaderes is within 50 metres of Carda and Mercat bus stops. The famous City of the Arts and Sciences is a 15-minute bus journey away. Àngel Guimerà Metro Station is a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Valencia Railway Station is just over 1 km away.

Please note key collection is at Calle del Mar 23/25, local 2. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Mercaders Apartment in advance. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 35 is payable in cash for late check-in. On arrival, a damage deposit of EUR 250 is payable by credit card. This deposit will be returned on departure, once the state of the apartment has been checked. A cleaning service is available on request, at an extra cost. Please inform Mercaders By Hoom in advance of your expected arrival time.
