Apartamentos Venecia are located 200 metres from Roquetas de Mar Beach. Surrounded by gardens with a pool and tennis courts, these air-conditioned apartments have flat-screen cable TV and a balcony. The Venecia apartments feature tiled floors and light wood furniture. Each one has a kitchen with a microwave, hob and coffee-maker. The apartments are in a quiet area of Roquetas, 350 metres from Playa Serena Golf Course. The centre of town is 10 minutes’ drive away, and you can drive to Almería Airport in 45 minutes.

Please note that air conditioning carries a surcharge between 28 September and 31 May. Please note that pets have an extra cost of EUR 3 per night. Guests are kindly requested to collect keys at the Apartamentos Venecia Office, at 11, Calle Góndola, Playa Serena, 04740 Roquetas de Mar, Almería. The office is 300 metres from the apartments. Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. The apartments are cleaned 4 days as well. You can request additional cleaning and/or towels and bed linen change for an extra cost. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
