Please note, reception opening hours are as follows: 09:30 - 13.30 and 16:30 - 20:30 and 22:00 - 06:00. Key collection takes place at the Hotel Flamingo, 25 Avenida Just Marlés, Lloret de Mar. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with a tour desk, which guests of the apartments are welcome to use. Please note that all cots and extra beds are subject to availability, and must be requested in advance. On the day of arrival there is a EUR 200 deposit which is non-refundable in case of damage to the apartment.
