Apartamentos Las Americas is a 10-minute walk from the beach in Blanes. It has a large terrace with a seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers, and all apartments open onto a balcony. The Americas Apartments are 2 km from Blanes’ old town and marina. They are next to a shopping arcade, which has a bar and restaurant. Blanes Bowling Centre is 800 metres away. All apartments at Las Americas have simple décor, and a sofa bed and TV in the living room. There is a private bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave and fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking is available nearby for an extra cost, and there is easy access to the AP-7 Motorway. The train to Barcelona takes just over an hour, along a scenic coastal route.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Apartamentos Las Americas in advance. Please note guests are required to a pay refundable cash deposit of EUR 70 in cash on arrival. This will be returned to the guest assuming no damages, and that the apartment is cleaned and all rubbish is emptied upon departure. Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Apartments are cleaned on arrival and departure of guests. The swimming pool is open from May to October. Please note that check-out is until a maximum of 10:00, without exceptions. Please note that parking cannot be reserved. It depends on availability at the time of arrival. Please note, check in after 21:00 carries an extra cost of EUR 10.
