Torre Ipanema is located 5 minutes’ walk from the beach in Benidorm. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court and air-conditioned apartments with a private balcony. All apartments at Torre Ipanema feature marble floors. The modern kitchens come equipped with an oven and a hob. The apartments have a seating area with a sofa. There is also a washing machine and TV in each apartment. Safety deposit boxes are available at an extra cost. The main seafront promenade in Benidorm is just 5 minutes’ walk away. Here you can find a variety of restaurants, bars and clubs.

The swimming pool and tennis courts belong to the residential block where the apartments are housed and therefore follow opening hours determined by the community. Guests are kindly asked to follow the community rules when using these services. Key Collection: Keys should be collected between 09.30 and 19.30 (in Summer) and from 09:30 to 18:00(in Winter) Monday to Friday, and 09.00 to 14.00 on Saturdays. Deposit: A breakage deposit of EUR 200 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartments has been checked. Guests who must check-out outside of office hours must inform the office in advance and make arrangements for the electronic transferral of the deposit (payment of the deposit by credit card is preferred). Under no circumstances will deposit money be returned before the end of stay Please note that the swimming pool is open only in the summer. All apartments are cleaned for arrival and have a weekly change of bed linen and towels. Please note that the security deposit is per room. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
