Located in Benidorm’s modern Rincón de Loix area, these fully-equipped apartments are only 650 metres from Playa Levante Beach. There is an outdoor swimming pool and free private parking. Apartamentos Don Gregorio's apartments include a twin bedroom and a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed. All apartments have a furnished balcony with views over Benidorm. Cleaning and bed linen changes take place once a week. Wi-Fi is available for a surcharge. There is a supermarket and café only 2 minutes’ walk away, and bars and restaurants can be found along Playa Levante Beach. The Benidorm Bus Station and Railway Station are both within 10 minutes’ drive of the apartments. Alicante Airport is 60 km away.

Please note that from 15 November 2015 to 31 March 2016 key collection takes place from 10:00 to 13:00. Outside these times, keys should be collected from reception at Apartamentos Buenavista, Ciudad Real Street, 3. For check-in outside office hours, reservations must be paid in cash. Please note that there is a refundable damage deposit between EUR 150 and EUR 250, to be paid upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note, safety deposit boxes and TVs are available for an extra fee, and must be requested in advance or upon arrival. For stays of over 14 nights, bed linen is changed once a week from the 3rd week onwards. Please note that there is a maximum of 1 parking space per apartment. For stays of 14 days or more, the apartments are cleaned and the sheets are changed once a week. Please note that parking is limited and not guaranteed. There is only 1 parking space per apartment. Please note that children do not stay for free and they count as an adult. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
