This can be noted in the Special Request Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 22:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. On arrival in Barcelona, guests are kindly requested to contact the property using the first telephone number on the booking confirmation. Staff will then direct guests to the apartment. Check-in time is from 14:00. However, an early check-in service is offered for a fee of EUR 20, subject to availability. Bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils are provided. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals as well as misconduct of guests (nuisance to neighbours, noise at night, etc.).
