This modern duplex apartment is set 10 minutes’ walk from Gaudí’s scenic Park Guell. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and free WiFi, 5 minutes’ walk from Lesseps Metro Station. The Guell Executive apartment features modern decor and wooden floors. The lounge-diner has a sofa and TV, while the contemporary kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and a microwave. There are various bars and shops within 5 minutes’ walk and you can reach the bohemian Gracia area within 10 minutes by foot. The Turó del Putget Park is also just 250 metres away. The Guell Executive apartment offers private parking for a fee and buses to the centre stop just 20 metres away. Lesseps Metro Station is just 4 stops from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

Please note that check-in takes place from 15:00 to 20:00 at the office located on Prats de Molló Street, 14, Barcelona 08021. Check in after 20:00 carris a surcharge of EUR 40, while arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of EUR 50. Check in out of office hours takes place at the apratment directly. A EUR 300 damage deposit is payable on arrival for incidentials. This deposit is fully refundable after 5 days of the departure subject to a damages inspection. Early check-in before 15:00 is available on request for a surcharge of EUR 40. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
