The newly refurbished Appartamenti Iris offers Mediterranean-style apartments with air conditioning scattered around Villasimius. These apartments are right in the heart of Sardinia, surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Each one of the Iris apartments is fitted with rustic wooden furniture and tiled floors. They are composed of either 1 or 2 bedrooms, plus a separate dining/living area with fully equipped kitchen and TV. A shuttle service links with the nearest beaches during summer. About 50 km from Cagliari, Villasimius offers crystal-clear water and fine-sand beaches such as Porto Sa Ruxi, Piscadeddus and Cala Caterina.

The rate includes electricity, a weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning. Guests can bring their own towels or rent them on site. Guests are required to clean the kitchenette and dispose of all rubbish. Failure to do so will incur a surcharge. Check-in is 3 km from the apartments. Staff will drive guests to their apartment at no extra cost. Guests who wish to check in between 20:00 and 23:00 must contact the property in advance. Please note that check-in between 23:00 and 01:00 is possible if arranged in advance, but it is subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 60. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Via Pascoli 35, 9049 Villasimius. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
