Check-in is at SS 195 Km 39,700 c/o Centro Commerciale La Pineta, 6 km from the apartments. Staff will drive guests to their apartment at no extra cost. Guests who wish to check in between 20:00 and 23:00 must contact the property in advance. Please note that check-in between 23:00 and 01:00 is possible if arranged in advance, but it is subject to a late arrival fee. A security deposit of 200 EUR is payable at check-in and will be refunded at check-out provided than no damage has been done to the apartment. Unless booking a non refundable rate, you are requested to pay for the entire stay at check-in. Rates include utilities, final cleaning and bed linen, including weekly changes. You can bring your own bathroom linen or rent them on site. Before leaving, guests must clean the kitchenette, otherwise an extra charge will apply. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
