Located in the centre of Gerlos, these very spacious apartments are just 40 metres from the newly-built Dorfbahn Cable Car (from December 2016) and the Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski run ends right at the doorstep. Each apartment at Kalle’s Familien-Appartements features bright wooden furniture, a kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bathrooms. The living rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV and an iPod docking station. A ski and bicycle storage room and free private parking are available. In summer, guests of Kalle’s Apartments can take part in guided hikes and Nordic walking tours free of charge. A supermarket and a bakery are right next door, and a practice ski run and a children’s playground are 200 metres away. The free ski bus stops 50 metres away, and Lake Gerlos is 5 km from the apartments.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
