Located in the centre of Gries with various shops and restaurants, Apart Silvana offers you modern, fully equipped apartments and a spa area. The ski bus to Sölden stops in front of the house. Each apartment is equipped with light wooden furniture and features a kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable seating area and a private bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer. Fresh bread rolls can be provided on request. From the rooftop terrace and from your apartment you can enjoy panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps. Spa facilities include a sauna and a steam bath, kids can have fun in the playroom and ski equipment can be stored in a separate room with a ski boot dryer. You can start cross-country skiing right from the Apart Silvana and a toboggan run can also be found right next to it. Snow-boot hikes and night walks with torches are organised weekly. A beginner's ski slope is 200 metres away. A 10% discount at the Aqua Dome thermal spa in Längefeld is granted to guests of the Silvana apartments. In summer, you can take part in guided hiking tours free of charge and take advantage of the Ötztal Card, which includes the free use of all cable cars.
