Each apartment has a balcony and a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, CD and DVD player. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and oven.

Please note that the apartments are set in different locations. Guests are kindly requested to collect keys from 15:00 to 20:30 at the APBCN apartments Central Office, at Carrer de València Street, 32 - 08015 Barcelona. Please inform the property of your arrival time in advance, in order to organize an automatic check-in. Please note that the damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card and unblocked if the house rules have been followed and no damage has been done to the property. Please note a cleaning supplement of EUR 60 for the 2-bedroom apartment will be applied. Please note a cleaning supplement of EUR 90 for the 4-bedroom apartment will be applied. A damage deposit will be blocked upon arrival by credit card and will be unblocked upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
