Guests expecting to arrive after business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00-21:00; Friday to Sunday 08:00-23:00) must call the number on the confirmation document to arrange after hours key pick-up. Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 2011 Innsbruck Drive #107, V0E 5N0 Whistler Creekside.
