The kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. Both apartments share a sunny garden with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a small children´s playground. The ski bus stops 500 metres from the guest house, which provides a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer. The nearby Leogang Bikepark offers facilities for mountain biking. Good opportunities for hiking are available in the surrounding landscape. A golf course can be found within a 3-km reach. The guest house is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Leogang with restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. Lake Ritzen can be reached in a 10-minute drive by car. Private parking in the on-site underground garage is subject to availability.

An email with a payment link will be sent to you and you will need to pay the total price of the reservation immediately after you receive it. Please note that the property operates a very strict no party, no gathering policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged automatically. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
