Ironing facilities are also provided, while a washing a machine is available in the building. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Guests of Tiroler Bua can use a ski storage room. The garden includes grilling facilities.Children facilities like high chairs, baby cots and helmets are also provided. An additional room with children's play area is available in the house for free. Free private parking is available on site.

A security deposit of EUR 500 for the Two-Bedroom Apartment and EUR 1,000 for the Chalet is required upon arrival for incidentals.
