Grimaldi Apartments offers apartments in the most exclusive locations of Venice, including St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. All accommodation is non smoking. All the apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and bed and bathroom linen. Some apartments come with exposed wooden beams on the ceilings. The Grimaldi provides a wide range of extra services, including babysitting, chauffeur and sightseeing tours. Staff will contact you after booking and arrange a meeting point for check-in.

Please note that this property has several locations. Guests are kindly requested to contact the establishment at least a week in advance to arrange check-in. The hotel needs a week in order to decide the most convenient meeting point and time. A member of staff will meet you at the water-bus stop closest to the apartment you have chosen, will escort you to the accommodation, and will provide you with important information for your stay. No guests aside from the ones mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay in the apartments. Smoking is forbidden in all apartments. The property reserves the right to refuse entrance to any additional guests exceeding the number of guests written on the reservation. A first set of bed linen and towels is included in the rate. Additional costs: Please note that late check-in is available at a surcharge of EUR 40 from 20:00 until 23:00. After 23:00 late check-in is only possible upon prior confirmation by the property at a surcharge of EUR 80. The apartment should be left clean, otherwise a final cleaning fee of EUR 40 applies. Please note that on 24 and 31 December the establishment will not be able to accept any arrivals in the apartment after 15:00. On 25 December and 1 January no arrivals can be accepted. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
