All apartments at Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island have carpeted, tiled or parquet floors and modern décor. The kitchenette comes with a fridge and small dining area. Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island Apartments offers a personalised service. Staff meet guests at the waterbus stop and guide them to their allocated apartment.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 is payable by VISA or Mastercard on arrival. This will be pre-authorized by local representatives on arrival and held in case of damages after having checked the property. After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island Apartments representatives. Please remember to call in advance before your arrival to communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative. At check-in you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call the same numbers at latest 3 days before arrival. The staff will meet you at the public water bus station that is closest to the apartment. Requests for late arrival are subject to a surcharge and must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. However, you must tidy the kitchen and remove all garbage, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Please note that cash payments of EUR 3000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Santa Croce, Piazzale Roma, 466/E, 30120 Venice. Please inform Dorsoduro Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
