Located at the entrance to Sölden, Landhaus Grüner is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Giggijochbahn Cable Car. It offers free WiFi and free private parking. All rooms and apartments offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a safe, and a hairdryer, and a bathroom with a shower is standard in all accommodation units. The apartments also have a kitchen. Guests of Landhaus Grüner can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. A cross-country ski run is right behind the building. The free ski bus stops in front of Landhaus Grüner and takes guests to the ski lifts every 10 minutes. A restaurant, a supermarket and shops are 500 metres away. From june to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.
