LM Résidence is located in Gassin just 700 metres from the Saint-Tropez Port and and 900 metres from the Saint Tropez city centre. There is 1 private parking space per accommodation, and guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. The accommodations are simply decorated and feature a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. Each accommodation has a private bathroom. Guests will find a snack bar and bakery just 150 metres away and a supermarket just 600 metres away. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. LM Résidence is 50 metres from Bouillabaisse Beach and 150 metres from the Route des Plages.

Please note that bed linen is not provided for stays less than 7 nights. Towels are not provided. Bed linen and towel rental is available at the property. Please specify the number of guests staying in the accommodation at the time of booking. Please note that charges are applicable for late arrivals (after 20:00). Please note that check-in and check-out must be done on Saturdays. A security deposit of EUR 750 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
