These bright and spacious Midtown Luxury Apartments are located in a renovated building, 6 minutes’ walk from Barcelona’s fashionable Passeig de Gracia Boulevard. They offer air-conditioned apartments and free Wi-Fi. All the apartments are fitted with carpeted floor and feature a pleasant seating area with sofa, flat- screen TV and DVD player. They also have a modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. Numerous bars, restaurants as well as supermarkets and the El Corte Inglés shopping centre can be found within 10 minutes’ walk. Guests can use a nearby gym for a supplement. Many of the city’s most popular monuments can be reached easily by foot, such as Gaudi’s Casa Batllò or La Pedrera. The nearest metro station is Girona, just 3-minute walk from the building. You will also find Tetuan and Passeig de Gracia Metro Stations within 10 minutes.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded 2 to 3 days after departure, subject to a damages inspection.
