Each spacious apartment features lightly coloured contemporary décor with stylish furnishings. There is a large living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, a washing machine and dryer. Passeig de Gràcia Metro and railway stations are within 100 metres of the apartments. You can reach Las Ramblas and Barcelona’s charming old town in approximately 5 minutes on foot. Gaudí's famous Casa Batlló is less than 300 metres away and you can reach La Pedrera in 10 minutes.

Check-in takes place until 21:00. Please note, the following surcharges apply for late check-in: 21:00 until 23:00- EUR 30 23:00 until 01:00- EUR 50 Please note, you cannot check in after 01:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Towels and bed linen are included. A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival, by credit card. It will be refunded once the apartment has been checked.
