It is 29 m2 on 2nd floor offering a living/sleeping room with 2 sofa beds, cable-TV and electric heating. It exits to the 7m2 balcony. There is an open kitchen with 3 hotplates, oven and a Bath/WC. Grocers are in 150 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, railway station "Kl. Matterhorn" 100 m, underground station "Sunnegga" 600 m. Please note that the accommodations in the building "Haus Andy" are accessed via a tunnel (70 m).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
