Located just a 20-minute walk from the centre of La Rochelle, Terrasses de Missy offers a self-catering studio with modern décor and a private balcony. The Ile de Ré is 4 km away. The studio features a living area with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, ironing facilities, washing machine and a bathroom. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found within walking distance and the port is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Guests can visit the aquarium 4 km away and the train station is a 10-minute drive away.

Please note a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that a EUR 400 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment. Bed linen is included in the price, however towels are not. You can bring your own or rent them on site.
