Haus Alpenflora offers spacious apartments with a terrace and mountain views in Längenfeld in the Ötz Valley, 1 km from the Aquadome Thermal Spa. Guests can relax in a sauna during winter season, and a free ski bus stops 300 metres away. Each apartment is furnished in a modern style and features a kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, and a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a tiled stove, and a dining area. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. WiFi is available on request. A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer, a playground, table tennis, a sunbathing terrace and free private parking are available at the Alpenflora. Cross-country ski runs are 10 metres away. It is 11 km to Sölden and the Area 47 Recreation Park can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Discounts for ski lessons (5%) and ski rental (20%) are offered at the property, and on request, discounts at the Aquadome Thermal Spa can be organized.

Please note that the final cleaning fee comprises water, electricity, bed linen and tea towels. Toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets are not provided. Please note that from 1 May to 1 October the sauna and heating system in the apartments are not available. Outside this period, sauna can be used from 18:00 to 21:00. Please note that WiFi access is free of charge between Christmas and Easter. In the summer season, a surcharge applies. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
