Please contact the property at least 3 days before arrival in order to arrange the check-in time. Late arrivals from 20:00 to 23:00 are possible at an extra charge of EUR 35 to EUR 50. There is a fixed fee of EUR 35. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks of departure and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. There is a mandatory service charge of EUR 35.
