Please inform the property of your estimated time of arrival. Early checkin is not possible as the office does not have the keys to your apartment before 15:00 CET. You are welcome to store your luggage at the office while waiting for the keys between 10:00 – 15:00 CET. Late checkin is possible from 20:30 – 22:00 CET, subject to availability, and confirmation from the property prior to arrival. There is a late checkin fee of 35 EUR. After 22:00 checkin is not possible. You’re welcome to come back the next day between 10:00 – 20:15 CET at the office. Please note these self service apartments do not have a 24-hour reception. Please note cash payments are not accepted, only credit card. Please note that reservation by credit card is only possible when the card personally belongs to the head-booker.
