For booking periods that extend 10 nights there is mandatory cleaning sessions every other week. The fee for the cleaning session is € 35 for each session. Please note that late check-in past 21:00 is possible at a surcharge of EUR 30. The surcharge for check-in past 00:00 is EUR 50. Please note that this accommodation does not offer a front desk. The accommodation will inform guests about the check-in procedure via email after booking. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
