The fourth floor apartment is provided with electric heating, a balcony with view of the garden and a living/dining area with a double sofa bed and TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped, including an electric coffee machine. There is one bedroom with bunk beds and the bathroom comes with a bath and toilet. Within 500 m shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store can be found. It is possible to play mini golf at a distance of 3 km or visit the harbour, 1 km. Hyères Airport is located 17 km from the property.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
