Set in different locations, each air-conditioned apartment at APBCN Center has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, 2 private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You can walk to Barceloneta beach in approximately 15 minutes from the apartments. Barcelona’s main shopping district is within walking distance of APBCN Center. Barcelona Cathedral is 2 minutes’ walk away.

Please note that check-in takes place at different places depending on the apartment booked: For apartments located at Carrer d'en Serra, 8: Guests paying by credit card will be requested to process an online check-in prior to arrival. A few days before your check-in date, the property will charge the remaining balance, block the damage deposit on your credit card, and provide you with a personal access code. With this personal code you will be able to access your apartment at 15:00 on your arrival day until 11:00 on your departure day. Late check-in in the Serra building is free of charge for guests paying by credit card. Guests who wish to pay in cash are kindly requested to check-in at APBCN apartments Central Office at Carrer de València Street, 32 - 08015 Barcelona, from 15:00 to 20:30. For apartments located at Ronda Universitat: Carrer de València Street, 32 - 08015 Barcelona. Late check-in with cash payment must be requested in advance. Please note that cleaning carries an extra cost of EUR 50. Please note that the apartments are set in different locations. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
