Please note, in order to check-in one guest must be over the age of 25 with a valid ID. At check-in the property will pre-authorize CAD $500 on the guest's credit card for the damage deposit. Any damage to the unit during the stay is subject to charges and may be withdrawn from this damage deposit. All units are non-smoking and pets are prohibited. Any violation of these policies will be subject to a CAD $500 hypo-allergic cleaning fee. Please note we have an offsite check-in site. Guests can pick up the keys from Twin Peaks, located at 4365 Northlands Blvd, Whistler, BC. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Twin Peaks Resort, 4365 Northlands Boulevard, V0N 1B4 Whistler (British Columbia). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Lake Placid Lodge by Whistler Vacation Club in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
