Set within a modern-style residential building in the city centre, Gold Residence offers elegantly decorated accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free parking, as well as free use of the fitness area, sauna and pool. The large apartment features a balcony, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen fitted with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and electric kettle. Bedlinen and 2 sets of towels are provided free of charge. Changing and cleaning of towels and bedlinen is charged extra. Gold Residence enjoys 24-hour surveillance, as well as meeting and conference facilities on site. The building is within short walking distance from the Machne Yehuda marketplace, Ben Yehuda Street and the Old Town.

Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid at the hotel. Please let Gold Residence know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
