For all bookings, a credit card will be requested on check-in. If a guest does not possess a credit card, a security deposit of EUR 100 per room will be requested. When a cash deposit is give, guests will also be required to provide valid photo ID at check-in (e.g. passport or drivers license). The deposit is refunded at check-out once an inspection has been made. In the event that a guest cannot provide a credit card valid photo ID at check-in, The Carnegie Court Hotel reserves the right to refuse the booking.
