The cancellation deadline is 15:00 (see the 'Cancellation' section for day). Guests booking Party Packages may experience noise at night due to loud music played at the bar. Upon check-in you will need to provide a payment card for pre-authorisation for the room rate, plus an additional GBP 50. Cash payments/deposits are accepted when accompanied with valid photo ID. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry if these terms are not adhered to.
