Opposite Worthing Beach, this refurbished seafront property with a Victorian style dates from 1865. Enjoy full English breakfasts, sea views and Italian food in bustling Gio's Bar. The Burlington overlooks the promenade and is about 10 minutes' walk from Worthing town centre. Worthing Pier and Pavilion Theatre are about 5 minutes' walk away. Spacious rooms have high ceilings and tea/coffee facilities. Victorian features blend with a modern décor, and some rooms have a sea view. Each room has its own bathroom. Gio's Bar opens daily, and stays open until 02:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

There may be extra noise on the first floor on nights at the weekend. You can ask reception about the availability of the rooms on higher floors for these days. Please note that food is not available on Sunday evenings. There is no lift at the property and no rooms on the ground floor.
