All credit cards will be charged at 22:00, unless notification of a late arrival has been given. Wi-Fi is available in the hotel rooms for an additional charge. This runs from midday on the date of purchase to midday the following day. All bookings that are to be paid by a company card require a company-headed fax or email to be sent directly to the hotel to authorise payment. Please note that the hotel does run a validation check on guests' cards 48 hours prior to arrival. This amount has not been debited, but is held on the card. Guests may pay with this card on check-in or if an alternative method of payment is used, the amount releases automatically within 3-5 working days.
