This YHA Hostel is located in the 10,000-acre Lee Valley Park, 3 miles from Waltham Abbey. Next door to an activity centre, it offers accommodation in lakeside cabins. In this beautiful countryside location, guests can try sailing, kayaking or canoeing on the lake. Caving and rock climbing are also available and there are fantastic walking and cycling routes surrounding this YHA hostel. The YHA Lee Valley has a restaurant serving traditional meals and a café offering drinks and light snacks. Guests can relax at the bar or in the comfortable TV lounge. The YHA hostel provides laundry facilities for guests. Wi-Fi access is available in public areas.The majority of rooms contain bunk beds London’s Liverpool Street can be reached in just 25 minutes from Cheshunt Railway Station, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Junction 5 of the M25 is 5 minutes' drive away.

All guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Driver’s license, passport, student ID or similarly recognised national identity cards are accepted. All bookings of more than 14 nights will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Additional consecutive bookings will also be cancelled. Please note that towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can hire them at the property or bring their own. Group bookings: All bookings for 17 people or more cannot be accepted by YHA. Please note this property does not charge an additional temporary membership fee. Discounts are not available for members of YHA (England and Wales) or IYHF as part of this booking.
